Supreme Court Dismisses Jute Corporation Petition

Supreme Court dismisses special leave petition filed by Dulal Ch. Chanda & Ors. against Jute Corporation of India.
Court condoned delay in refiling the petition but declined to interfere with Calcutta High Court's order.
