The Supreme Court dismissed a special leave petition filed by The Oriental Insurance Company against a High Court order.
The Court condoned a delay in filing but found no grounds to interfere with the High Court's order.
The dismissal upholds the High Court's order in favor of the respondents, David @ David Barkat Masih & Ors.
