The Supreme Court dismissed a special leave petition filed by Pratibha Niketan Shikshan Prasarak Mandal against a Bombay High Court order.
The Court found no grounds to interfere with the impugned judgment of the Bombay High Court.
The Court also disposed of any pending applications in the matter.
