Supreme Court dismissed Rukhmai Infrastructure’s Special Leave Petitions challenging the High Court orders against Maha Mineral Mining & Benefication.
The Court declined to interfere with the High Court’s impugned judgments, consequently ordering the Special Leave Petitions to be dismissed.
However, the Court set aside the High Court’s observations, including paragraph 18, and ordered all pending applications, including intervention pleas, to close.
