Petition filed by Sanjivani Vikas Foundation under Article 32 against Union of India and others was heard on 8 May 2026.
The Court, led by Chief Justice Justice Joymalya Bagchi, declined to entertain the petition and ordered its dismissal.
All pending applications related to the petition were directed to stand closed by the Registrar.
