The Supreme Court dismissed a Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by Ballabh Das Rathi against Gopal Krishna Gaushala, upholding a lower court's decision.
The Court ordered the petitioner to hand over vacant possession of the disputed land to the respondent by 25th September 2026.
The petitioner was directed to submit a formal undertaking to the Court within two weeks to comply with the eviction order.
