The Supreme Court disposed of a special leave petition filed by Rohit Iron and Steel (I) Pvt Ltd against Bank of Baroda as the matter became infructuous.
The Court allowed the application for condonation of delay and disposed of the petition as infructuous.
All pending applications were also disposed of by the Court.
