Supreme Court Disposes SLP in PNB Housing SARFAESI Case

The Supreme Court disposed of a special leave petition concerning a SARFAESI Act case between a borrower and PNB Housing Finance Ltd.
The Court allowed the petitioner to raise all points before the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) under the SARFAESI Act.
The DRT was directed to decide the matter without being influenced by the High Court's observations.
