The Supreme Court heard petitions for special leave to appeal filed by the Managing Director of North Eastern Karnataka Road Transport Corporation.
Respondents were Laxuman Rao and others; counsel for respondents were Gururaj & Nayak.
The Court, Justice Manmohan, ordered a further four‑week period for the petitioner to serve respondent No. 1.
