The Supreme Court granted a one-month extension to petitioner S N Singh to vacate premises owned by Tata Steel, subject to a fresh undertaking.
The court had earlier dismissed the SLP but allowed two months to vacate, which the petitioner failed to comply with.
The extension is conditional on the petitioner filing a fresh undertaking to pay rent and clear dues within a week.
