The Supreme Court granted a final opportunity to file counter affidavits in three Special Leave Petitions filed by Glas Trust Company LLC against Voizzit Technology and others.
The court directed the respondents to file their counter affidavits within a week, failing which no further opportunity would be granted.
The court also directed the petitioner to serve notices on remaining respondents and listed the matter for further hearing on 22 April 2026.
