The Supreme Court heard a special leave petition in an eviction suit and expressed dissatisfaction with a report from the Registrar General.
The Court granted two weeks for the High Court to take further action and listed the matter for hearing on 24 April 2026.
The Court found the Registrar General's report incorrect and did not accept the apology, stating the report was misleading.
