The Supreme Court of India is hearing a special leave petition filed by a residents' association against Urban Improvement Company Pvt. Ltd. and others.
The court issued a notice on an application seeking initiation of contempt proceedings and listed the matter for further hearing on 23rd April 2026.
The court has extended the interim order and has granted the Central Government time to respond to the matter.
