Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.2753/2026 filed by Bhiwandi Powerloom Weavers Owners Association & Anr against Cloth Markets and Shops Labour Board, Mumbai & Anr, arising from the final judgment and order dated 10‑Dec‑2025 in WP No.1924/2015 of the Bombay High Court.
Two interim applications were filed: IA No.16176/2026 seeking exemption from filing copy of the impugned judgment, and IA No.16179/2026 seeking exemption from filing other documents (O.T.).

The Court accepted the respondent’s prayer to file a counter‑affidavit and directed that the matter be listed for further hearing on 20‑Nov‑2026.
The interim order dated 23‑Jan‑2026, which continued the status‑quo, was upheld and will remain in force until the next date of listing.

The appeal will be heard on 20‑Nov‑2026; the interim order stays effective pending that hearing.
