Supreme Court Modifies Hero Cycles Judgment Date

Supreme Court modifies its own judgment to correct a typographical error in the date from '07.09.2019' to '18.09.2025'.
The court restored an application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A CPC to the trial court for fresh disposal.
The bench directed the trial court to expedite the adjudication of the long-pending suit filed in 2014.
