4. All costs for installation and energisation shall be borne by the appellants (Hiten D Parmar & Anr.).

5. Subsequent electricity consumption costs shall be borne by the consumers (respondents Nos. 2‑7).

6. The installation work must be completed within three weeks from the date of this order.

7. All litigation inter se between the parties, including the RAD Suit No. 905/2017, is to be expedited; parties must fully cooperate and avoid unnecessary adjournments.

8. The trial courts/ forums are requested to decide the remaining matters on an expeditious basis, preferably within one year.

9. The Court placed on record appreciation for amici curiae: Mr. Srikanth Varma Mudunuru, Mr. Pival K. Peddireddi, Ms. Merlyn Rachel J., Ms. Shivangi Chawla, and Mr. Abhishek Babbar.

10. The appeal is disposed of, and any pending applications, if any, are also stood disposed of.
