Supreme Court Orders FDR Renewal for STCI Commodities

The Supreme Court ordered the renewal of a Fixed Deposit Receipt for one year in a case involving Madhusudan Goswami and STCI Commodities Ltd.
The FDR is to be renewed for a further period of one year from its maturity date as per the court's direction.
The order was issued by Registrar Sujata Singh in Miscellaneous Application No. 364-365/2023 before the Supreme Court.
