The Supreme Court disposed of a miscellaneous application for release of ₹50,000 suitors' fund.
M/S. Metro Hospital deposited the amount when instituting an appeal later withdrawn in October 2023.
The Court directed the Registry to release the fund to the appellants under proper procedure.
