Proceedings: Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) No.2139‑2140/2021, arising from impugned final judgment and order dated 06‑12‑2019 in CR Nos.47/2016 and 57/2016 passed by the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi.
Allegations: Petitioner alleges arrears of Rs 36,00,000 and a maintenance amount of Rs 6,000 per month for herself and her daughter. Respondent No.2 (Mr. Prabhat Ranjan) states he is unable to pay the amount claimed.

The Court ordered that the Managing Director of TVNL and Mrs. Champa Sharma, owner of Aryan Enterprises, shall deduct Rs 8,000 per month from the sums payable to Mr. Prabhat Ranjan and remit the amount directly to the petitioner, Shusma Dayal, starting from 1 September 2026.
The account details of the petitioner shall be furnished to both the Managing Director of TVNL and Mrs. Champa Sharma.
The Court directed that the first deposit into the petitioner’s account be made either on the day of the order or the next day without fail.
The matter is listed for further consideration on 2 November 2026, and the Court will continue to monitor compliance.

Mandatory monthly payment of Rs 8,000 to Shusma Dayal, with immediate initial deposit, and ongoing judicial monitoring of the arrangement.
