Supreme Court restores Sunstar Infrastructure case, condones delay

The Supreme Court condoned a delay in filing and restored a case involving Sunstar Infrastructure and the Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation.
The court allowed two interlocutory applications: one to condone a delay in filing and another to restore the original proceedings.
The order was issued by Justice Atul S. Chandurkar in chamber, restoring the case to its original number.
