The Supreme Court has issued notice and stayed arbitration proceedings between the State of Andhra Pradesh and Dataevolve Solutions.
The Court has issued notice on the application for condonation of delay and the SLP, returnable on 25.05.2026.
The arbitration proceedings have been stayed until the next hearing.
