Supreme Court Stays CIRP in Pravista Infra Case

The Supreme Court issued notice and stayed the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated by the NCLT against Pravista Infra Pvt Ltd.
The Court was informed that an application to set aside an ex-parte order was recalled, closing recovery proceedings.
The Court listed the matter for further hearing on 11 May 2026 and directed the respondents to file their responses.
