Supreme Court Stays Diesel Shed Society Judgment

Supreme Court permitted Babit Rana to file a Special Leave Petition against Diesel Shed Coop Group Housing Society Ltd’s High Court judgment.
The Court issued an interim stay on the impugned High Court judgment pending the Special Leave Petition.
Notice to the respondents was ordered, and the SLP’s pendency will not impede the High Court’s disposal of the society’s writ petition.
