Supreme Court issues notice and stays proceedings in five criminal complaints filed by Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The stay applies to cases against individuals and a company pending before a Delhi magistrate court.
All connected transfer petitions are to be heard together on the next date, 15 May 2026.
