NCLAT condoned an 18-day delay by Suraksha ARC in re-filing an appeal against a resolution professional.
The appeal was initially e-filed on 16 April 2026 and defects were intimated on 23 April 2026.
The application for extension was heard and allowed, listing the main appeal for admission.
