Suzlon and Indo Shell Settle CIRP Withdrawal

NCLT Chennai hears application to withdraw Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Indo Shell Mould Ltd under Section 12A of IBC.
Application is based on a settlement agreement between the parties, with payment due by 23rd May 2026.
The Tribunal directs the application to be served on the Operational Creditor for a response on 25th May 2026.
The Interim Resolution Professional seeks discharge from duties upon successful withdrawal of the CIRP.
