SVC Co-Operative Bank Withdraws NCLAT Appeal

SVC Co-Operative Bank Ltd. sought permission to withdraw its appeal before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
The NCLAT allowed the appellant's prayer and dismissed the appeal as withdrawn.
The order was passed on 12th May 2026 by a bench comprising Justice Ashok Bhushan and Member Barun Mitra.
