Syrma SGS clarified to exchanges that its Rs 1,595 crore Andhra Pradesh PCB/CCL investment was already disclosed on September 10 and December 1, 2025.

AP Government approved land allotment and incentives including 75% land cost subsidy under AP Electronics Components Manufacturing Policy 4.0 (2025–30).
Groundwork for the new plant commenced December 2025, with 1,000+ direct jobs expected, developed via subsidiary Syrma Strategic Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
