Regulatory Disclosure

T.V. Today Network Limited has intimated its shareholders holding shares in physical mode about incomplete PAN, KYC, and nomination details in their records. This action was taken pursuant to SEBI Master Circular reference no. SEBI/HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 06, 2026.

The company dispatched letters to affected shareholders via Speed Post on July 28, 2026, to their available addresses. Shareholders are required to update the following mandatory details for their folio numbers:

  • Permanent Account Number (PAN)
  • Contact Details: Postal Address with PIN and Mobile Number
  • Bank Account Details (Bank and Branch name, bank account number, IFS code)
  • Specimen signature
  • Choice of nomination details

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Shareholders with incomplete details will only be eligible to:

  • Lodge grievances or avail service requests from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited after furnishing all required details
  • Receive payments including dividend, interest, or redemption only through electronic mode as per SEBI requirements

Required Documentation

Shareholders must submit:

  • Form ISR-1 for updating PAN and KYC details
  • Form ISR-2 for Banker's attestation of signature (if required)
  • Form SH-13 for appointing a nominee
  • Form ISR-3 for opting out of nomination
  • Form SH-14 for canceling/changing nomination

Documents can be submitted to MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited through:

1. In-person verification at their office (with original documents)

2. Hard copies with self-attestation sent to their office

Additional Requirements

Shareholders are requested to ensure PAN is linked with Aadhaar where applicable under the Income-tax Act. While email ID registration is optional, it is recommended for availing online services.
