Board Meeting Outcomes
The Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Thursday, 24th September 2026, has been cancelled. The meeting was intended to consider and approve the following two proposals, both as per an NCLT Order:
1. Proposal of Reduction of Shares.
2. Proposal of Raising of fund by way of Preferential issue.
