2. Hard Copy: By furnishing self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents.

3. With E-Sign:

  • If an email ID is already registered, scanned copies with e-sign can be sent to kyc1@in.mpms.mufg.com.
  • Documents can also be uploaded on the RTA's website at https://web.in.mpms.mufg.com/KYC/index.html using a Serial Number (e.g., 77159-RD585 provided in the sample form).
