Tata Elxsi FY2018-19 Unclaimed Dividend IEPF Transfer

Tata Elxsi issues reminder for shareholders to claim unpaid FY2018-19 dividends before August 16, 2026 transfer to IEPF.
Unclaimed shares corresponding to unpaid dividends for seven consecutive years will also be transferred to IEPF Authority.
Shareholders must complete KYC compliance and provide updated bank details to RTA MUFG Intime India for dividend payment.
