The disclosure is a reminder to shareholders who held shares in physical form as of the record date for a previously executed stock split. These unclaimed shares have been credited to the company's Suspense and Escrow Demat Account (SEDA).
Shareholders are required to furnish the following details to the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited (CIN: U67190MH1999PTC118368), for KYC updation and to claim their shares from SEDA:
- Permanent Account Number (PAN)
- Contact details (Postal Address with PIN, Mobile Number)
- Bank Account details
- Specimen Signature
- Providing an Email ID and choice of Nomination are optional but encouraged.
Key Requirements and Implications:
- Shareholders will only be eligible to lodge grievances or avail of investor services after furnishing all complete documents and details.
- With effect from April 1, 2024, dividends or interest will be paid only through electronic mode to folios that have not updated the required KYC details. All dividends declared from April 1, 2024, until the date of updation will be paid automatically upon full compliance.
Required Documentation for Submission:
Shareholders must submit the following forms and documents to the RTA:
1. A request letter duly signed by all shareholders.
2. Form ISR-4 (selecting the option 'Claim from Unclaimed Suspense Account').
3. A self-attested copy of the Client Master List not over two months old.
4. Form ISR-1 for registration of KYC details along with self-attested supporting documents.
5. Form ISR–2, duly signed and executed, with signatures attested by a Bank Manager.
6. Submission of Nomination (Form SH-13) or a Declaration of Opt-out (Form ISR-3).
Modes of Submission:
Documents can be submitted via one of three methods:
1. In Person Verification (IPV): The registered shareholder(s) must visit the RTA's office at C-101, Embassy 247, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai - 400 083 for verification.
2. Through Post: By sending self-attested hard copies via physical mail.
3. Electronic mode with E-sign: Scanned copies with an E-sign can be uploaded to the dedicated email ID kyc1@in.mpms.mufg.com or via the RTA's website at https://web.in.mpms.mufg.com/KYC/index.html. E-sign services must be obtained from empanelled providers listed on https://cca.gov.in/.
