Tata Motors Limited (formerly TML Commercial Vehicles Limited) was incorporated on June 23, 2024 as a wholly owned-unlisted entity to house the commercial vehicle business of erstwhile Tata Motors Limited. The company was listed on both BSE and NSE on November 12, 2025.
