Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petition filed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (LTU) against Tata Motors Ltd.
The dismissal follows earlier Supreme Court rejection of a related SLP (C) on 10 April 2026 due to filing delay.
Consequently, the application to condone delay in filing and all pending special leave petitions were rejected.
The order was delivered by Justices Sanjay Kumar and K. Vinod Chandran on 4 May 2026.
