The Company received email communication dated September 23, 2026, informing that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued a finding in favor of Moly-Cop Canada (Kamloops, British Columbia), an indirect step-down subsidiary of Tega Industries Limited.
The ruling was issued under CITT Inquiry No. NQ-2026-002 dated September 22, 2026. The CITT found that the dumping and subsidizing of forged grinding media, originating in or exported from China, have not caused injury to the domestic industry but are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
As a result of this finding, anti-dumping and countervailing duties will be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency.
The Company believes this development may have a positive impact on the business prospects of Moly-Cop Canada, subject to market conditions and implementation of applicable trade measures by Canadian authorities.
The Company will continue to monitor proceedings and make further disclosures as required under applicable laws and regulations.
