TeleCanor Global Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 regarding the status of its listing application with BSE Limited.
The company submitted its application to BSE for listing of securities pursuant to corporate actions undertaken by the company. The application was filed in January 2026.
Timeline of Events:
- January 2026: Initial listing application submitted to BSE
- 27 January 2026: BSE raised initial queries, to which the company provided responses and clarifications
- 18 June 2026: BSE raised a further set of queries after approximately 5 months, which were substantially similar to previous queries
- The company again responded to these queries with necessary clarifications
Current Status:
The listing application remains pending with BSE for a prolonged period without substantive progress. Despite the company's submissions, clarifications, and discussions with BSE officials, including meetings with the Executive Director and other senior officials of BSE, the application continues to be delayed.
Company Actions:
Directors of the company have personally met with the Executive Director and other senior officials of BSE, during which the company was assured that necessary processing would be undertaken.
The Executive Director of the company addressed a communication dated 16 September 2026 to senior officials of BSE (S Gopalan and Geetha Gangadharan) requesting immediate intervention and an update on the listing application.
Executive Director's Medical Condition:
In the September 16 communication, the Executive Director (Mr. Praturi Maruti Ram) claims that the regulatory delays caused extreme corporate anxiety that directly triggered a severe medical emergency. He states that on September 2, 2026, he suffered an Acute Ischemic Stroke (Left Capsuloganglionic Infarct) and was rushed to the Neuro ICU at CARE Hospitals. He claims total loss of movement and 0/5 motor power on the right side of his body.
Allegations and Demands:
The Executive Director alleges that BSE's compliance actions are "fabricated plots" and "artificial procedural hurdles" designed to unlawfully block listing approval. He demands immediate intervention and release of listing approval, threatening to escalate to SEBI, Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), and launch legal proceedings if not resolved.
Current Position:
As of September 23, 2026, the company has not received any further communication from BSE providing a definitive timeline or concrete reasons for the continued pendency. The company continues to pursue the matter with BSE and will keep stakeholders informed of any material developments.
