Supreme Court admitted petition for special leave to appeal filed by Terix Computer Service India Pvt. Ltd against TPM Guru Private Ltd.
Court directed both parties to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 18 May 2026 for possible amicable settlement.
Parties must provide required information to the mediation coordinator within one week and submit a mediation report within six weeks.
A senior mediator with expertise in trademarks, copyright and arbitration law will be nominated for the mediation.
