Aggregate tax demand is approx. ₹13.32 crore across AY 2017-18 (₹8.71 cr), AY 2018-19 (₹4.17 cr), and AY 2020-21 (₹0.44 cr).
Company plans to appeal before Higher Appellate Forums and states no adverse impact on financial position or operations.
