M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013) resigned as Statutory Auditors of TCL Intermediates Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Thirumalai Chemicals Limited.
Effective date of resignation: August 28, 2026.
Reason for resignation: Re-alignment of auditors with those of the Holding Company (Thirumalai Chemicals Limited) to align the audit process across the Group.
The resignation follows the completion of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP's tenure as Statutory Auditors of Thirumalai Chemicals Limited at the 53rd Annual General Meeting held on August 7, 2026, due to mandatory auditor rotation requirements.
