Tijaria Polypipes OTS Proposal to Bank of India

Tijaria Polypipes filed a Reg. 30 disclosure enclosing a Rs. 53.67 Crore OTS proposal submitted to Bank of India, Jaipur.
The company has already deposited Rs. 12 Crore under no-lien account and submitted upfront DDs of Rs. 5.37 Crore alongside the proposal.
OTS acceptance deadline is 15th April 2026; failure to accept voids the Rs. 53.67 Crore offer and triggers return of all deposited amounts.
Settlement is backed by an identified investor willing to infuse funds contingent on OTS approval, with full litigation withdrawal promised on acceptance.
