The court dismissed S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13943/2025 after rejecting the company's OTS proposals ranging from ₹38 crore to ₹53.67 crore against a principal outstanding of ₹74 crore.
The court cited Supreme Court precedent holding no writ of mandamus can compel a bank to grant OTS benefit, leaving the decision to the bank's commercial wisdom.
Insolvency proceedings against the company remain deferred per interim order dated 10.10.2025, with related appeals and miscellaneous applications still pending before the court.
