The company noted that the same query had been previously raised by the exchange via email dated 10th March, 2025, and had already been responded to via the company's letter dated 10th March, 2025.
TIL Limited confirmed that their Financial Results as on 31st December, 2024, which were submitted on 7th February, 2025, were prepared in the format prescribed under Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013. The results were duly audited by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The company further clarified that figures of certain financial components are identical for both standalone and consolidated results, and these were presented accordingly in their reporting.
