Timex India GST Demand Order FY2019-20

Timex Group India received a GST demand order (Form DRC-07) under Section 74 of the Tamil Nadu GST Act for FY2019-20.
The order was issued by the Assistant Commissioner (ST), Vadapalani, Chennai, for excess input tax credit availed under ISD.
