Timken India RTA Merger with MUFG Intime

Timken India intimates the merger of its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), CB Management Services, with MUFG Intime India effective 8 May 2026.
MUFG Intime India is now the company's RTA, with a new investor query email address provided for communications.
The merger was approved by the Regional Director (WR) and Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, with no other immediate changes to RTA contact details.
