TNRIDC Withdraws Supreme Court Project Relief Plea

TNRIDC & TNRDC filed a miscellaneous application seeking relaxation of a Supreme Court order to complete a pending project.
The petitioner's counsel sought and was granted permission to withdraw the application during the hearing.
The Supreme Court dismissed the application as withdrawn and disposed of any pending applications.
