Game Changers Texfab appoints M/s. Amresh & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY25-26 to FY29-30.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The board approved the appointment based on the Audit Committee's recommendation on April 24, 2026.
