Trade Wings Confirms Non-Applicability of SEBI LC Framework

Trade Wings Limited intimates BSE of its non-applicability under SEBI's October 2023 circular revising the framework for fund raising via debt securities by large corporates.
The company confirms it is not classified as a Large Corporate (LC) as per the criteria outlined in SEBI's November 2018 circular, based on its status as of 31st March 2026.
A separate intimation letter regarding this non-applicability was submitted to the exchange on 28th April 2026.
