Affidavit Evidence: Respondent No.1 filed an affidavit attaching BOQ annexes X1 (tender) and X2 (re‑tender), a sketch map X3 (page 53) marking the petitioners' awarded work in red ink, and a Google map X4 (page 54) showing the new colony (awarded to petitioners) versus the old colony (subject of the present tender).
Court Findings: The court examined the affidavit and maps, determining that the work covered by the present tender is entirely different from the work awarded to the petitioners and therefore does not affect the arbitration proceeding.

The interim order previously issued in the writ petition is vacated.
Respondents are free to proceed with the tender process in accordance with law.
WPA 17426 of 2026 is disposed of.
