NCLT Kochi Bench grants a two-month extension to the liquidation process of Trivandrum International Health Services Limited, from April 1 to May 31, 2026.
The extension was necessitated by a delayed claim dispute with the EPFO over Rs 2.81 crores in interest and damages, which was ultimately dismissed by the tribunal.
The liquidator requires the additional time to settle legal expenses, complete the audit, and file the final dissolution application to conclude the process.
